Home Care Aide Elderly Male In Auburn, NE

The Care Planning Institute is a home‑care aide agency that has been operating in 15 states since 2007. Our mission is to help elderly people remain safe and independent in their homes.

We are hiring a Personal Care Aide for a long‑term position in Auburn, NE. The role is 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that must be adhered to once agreed upon.

• Assist an elderly male client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking.
• Maintain a safe home environment to support client independence.

• Previous caregiver experience required; training on job specifics will be provided.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Must pass a TB (tuberculosis) skin test within 48–72 hours. The test can be obtained at a local County Health Department for $25 or at a CVS Minute Clinic for $75; the cost will be reimbursed.

• Base pay $23 per hour.
• Bonus $4 per hour for completing all scheduled shifts in a pay period.
• Total compensation can be $27 per hour.
• Same‑day pay options are available for caregivers.
