Dial Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Provide services to residents according to the resident service plan;
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, mobility);
Observe and report changes in health, safety, and well-being of residents;
Respond to call signals and resident emergencies, assisting or contacting emergency support;
Assist with transfers and mobility, including use of mobility aids; assist with meals and bussing; provide companionship and encourage socialization
