Patient Care Assistant, Cardiovascular Unit

AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT, CARDIOVASCULAR UNIT you’ll be responsible for assisting in the total nursing care for all patients utilizing standards of care.

$3,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates

SHIFT: 6AM TO 6:30PM/VARIED, every other weekend & every other holiday

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have current Pennsylvania nursing assistant, EMT, or Paramedic certification or Completion of nursing assistant course or Completion of clinical medical assistant program or Completion of one semester of nursing school (RN or LPN program) or Current experience as nursing assistant
• Must have Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of hire
• Must have Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within 18 months of start date in department/position
• Must have ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Must have a commitment to customer service
• Must have ability to meet physical requirements of position
