Overview

Paxton Autism Support Coach (Registered Behavior Technician) role providing one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior within a collaborative clinical team.

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and maintain strong connections with families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

• Services will be provided in clients  homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
