• Evaluate, develop, and execute care plans for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Comply with the respective PT board's rules and regulations and state regulations.
• Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care.
• Understand and use adaptive equipment.
• Modify care plans based on patient condition.
• Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged. For exceptional candidates, 1 year of experience may be accepted.
• State‑specific licensing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax‑free stipend to be determined.
