Key Rehab is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in the Humboldt, NE in a SNF setting.

• Therapists will evaluate each patient, formulate treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Role is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and may include a weekend schedule to support caregiving needs.

• Required Education
  :
  Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active Licensure
  :
  Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance
  :
  Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and to state and federal regulations.

• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
  :
  Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.
• Flexibility and Team Collaboration
  :
  Adaptable to changing situations and able to work well within a team.
• Excellent Communication
  :
  Strong oral and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Experience with Geriatric Population
  :
  Prior experience with elderly patients and understanding of their needs.
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
  :
  Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
