EmergencyMD is seeking a Clinical Diabetes Nurse to work behind the scenes and in the clinic, collaborating with providers and staff to deliver high-quality, timely diabetes care. The nurse will triage, plan care, coordinate visits, and provide patient education on diabetes management including insulin and CGM.
You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, documentation, and have opportunities to pursue Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification within five years.
