Job Summary:

Modani Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homecare Professional in Unadilla, NE. As a valued member of our organization, you will provide in-home care services to seniors and adults who need support with daily living. • Provide personalized care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and observations
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and advocacy

• 0 years of experience in home care or a related field (training provided)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Ability to lift, bend, and move around clients' homes safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
