Qualifications & Skills- Active occupational therapy license in the practice state
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate, plan, and modify treatment strategies
- Knowledge of age‑specific care from infants to geriatrics
- Commitment to professional development and team collaboration
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services tailored to patient capabilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment, and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively
- Participate in departmental program development and continuous education
- Visual acuity and communication skills sufficient for the role
