Signet Health is actively interviewing Master' s Level candidates for the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health at our Senior Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program based at Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul, NE.Must be licensed as a Nebraska Social Worker or Counselor to be considered for this position.
Specific qualifications include:- Nebraska State Licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioneror Licensed Social Worker.
- 2+ year(s) related work experience.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Marketing Skills.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Senior Adult Outpatient Program.
- Supervision of staff.
- Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program.
- Providing both group and individual therapy.

Howard County Medical Center, St. Paul, NE is a small 10-bed critical access hospital with a huge personal touch. The Medical Center has been providing quality services since 1955 and serves individuals in Howard, Merrick, Valley, sherman, Greeley, and Hall Counties.
