Marshfield Clinic - 1622 Walnut Street - Responsibilities:
Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision to improve daily living;
Provide, monitor and record therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select, implement, and modify therapeutic activities aligned with patient goals and licensure requirements;
Document patient responses and progress to occupational therapy interventions for the supervising OT;
May work across post-acute, long-term care, and home health environments as needed
