Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan under supervision of an occupational therapist;
Provide, monitor and record therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial impairments;
Select and modify therapeutic activities to meet patient goals and licensure requirements;
Communicate patient responses and progress to the occupational therapist through documentation;
Follow clinical practice guidelines and perform related duties as needed
