Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist seniors with essential daily tasks and personal routine care.
* Provide aid with personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility support, light meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
* Offer reliable transportation to medical appointments, community outings, and local errands.
* Maintain clear communication and document client progress or changes in physical/mental condition.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
* Experience with Dementia or Alzheimer's care is highly valued.
* Empathetic, respectful, and patient approach to client care.
* Sound decision-making skills and emotional maturity.
* High level of dependability, punctuality, and professional accountability.
* Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
* Must pass a standard background check and provide strong professional references.
* Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
