Looking to step into a pharmacy leadership role? We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to serve as a Working Director of Pharmacy at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Broken Bow, Nebraska. This position offers the chance to lead a small pharmacy team while remaining hands-on with clinical and operational responsibilities.
ScheduleMonday-Friday
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No on-call

- Lead daily pharmacy operations as Director of Pharmacy
- Staff the pharmacy and verify medication orders
- Perform sterile compounding
- Supervise and support two pharmacy technicians
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee department operations
- Active Nebraska Pharmacist license
- Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience
- Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
- Sterile compounding experience
- 340B experience preferred
