Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Falls City, NE is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL impairments, and develop care plans following regulatory standards.
Utilize standardized assessments, deliver skilled therapy, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning within a geriatric post-acute care team. Licensed OT required; all experience levels welcome.
