Position ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Evaluate residents and patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers
- Promote dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life
- Current Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Professional integrity and positive attitude
- Commitment to excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
