Rehab Director Opportunity In Genoa, NE
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Genoa, NE. The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) will lead clinical operations across hospital-based outpatient and inpatient therapy services. Responsibilities include recruiting and training therapy staff, developing clinical programs and therapy strategies, evaluating patient care and outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and supplies, and coordinating interdisciplinary rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings preferred. Facility has approximately 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient volume.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training therapy staff.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and departmental budgeting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as required by departmental needs.
- Client requirement:
Physical Therapist credential is mandatory for consideration.
