Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support;
Observe residents overnight, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team;
Administer medications as directed (for CMA-qualified candidates);
Provide reassurance, companionship, and emotional support during nighttime hours;
Maintain accurate care records and communicate with nurses and incoming shifts
