Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Westfield Quality Care of Aurora, a leading long-term nursing facility in Aurora, NE, USA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nutrition care to our residents. • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for residents with various dietary needs and restrictions
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' nutritional status and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Possess current certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or be eligible for certification
