We are seeking candidates for our Administrator-in-Training (AIT) / Administrator Mentorship Program.

Qualified candidates will have met the educational requirements to begin an Administrator-in-Training program (Bachelor's Degree or minimum long-term care experience requirements) or be eligible for an Administrator Mentorship Program as a newly licensed administrator.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Willingness to travel as part of the training experience
• Flexibility to relocate upon successful completion of the program
• Healthcare experience preferred
