Physical Therapist

Position Overview

Responsible for providing and coordinating physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, evaluates patients, and adjusts interventions to meet their needs. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Supervises assistants and students, maintains documentation, and ensures safe use of equipment. Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and adheres to safety and regulatory standards.

• Implement therapy using functional activities tailored to patient capabilities.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately.

• Supervise support staff and students, ensuring quality patient care.

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
