Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Critical Access Hospital travel assignment in Ainsworth, Nebraska

This is a strong opportunity for a PT who enjoys clinical variety, autonomy, and treating patients across multiple levels of care
. You'll work across Inpatient Acute Care, Swing Bed/Skilled Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Therapy
, depending on the hospital's needs.
For a therapist who doesn't want to spend an entire contract in one setting, a Critical Access Hospital can provide a much broader clinical experience and the opportunity to become an important part of a smaller interdisciplinary team.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients throughout the hospital's Inpatient, Swing Bed, and Outpatient programs
.
Responsibilities may include evaluations and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, gait and transfer training, strengthening, balance and mobility interventions, post-operative rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, patient and caregiver education, and discharge planning.
You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, case management, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care across the continuum.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Nebraska PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills
- Comfortable treating patients across multiple settings
- Hospital, inpatient, swing bed, or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
