What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, personal care, and other daily needs
- Build meaningful relationships while encouraging independence and dignity
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
- Engage residents in activities and conversations that bring connection and fun to their day
- Work with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care
- Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
What You’ll Bring

- Good communication skills and a willingness to jump in and help
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
