We're looking for a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help create engaging activities, build meaningful relationships with residents, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and enrichment programs
• Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
• Build positive relationships with residents and support individual interests and abilities
• Assist with decorating, special events, outings, and holiday celebrations
• Observe, report, and document resident participation and responses to activities
• Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being during activities and events
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care and engagement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with older adults
• Dependable, professional, and committed to enhancing resident quality of life
• Creative, organized, and willing to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers

• Full-time hourly position
• Every other Saturday required
• Holiday rotation required
