Life Enrichment Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help create engaging activities, build meaningful relationships with residents, and contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents and team members thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and enrichment programs
- Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
- Build positive relationships with residents and support individual interests and abilities
- Assist with decorating, special events, outings, and holiday celebrations
- Observe, report, and document resident participation and responses to activities
- Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being during activities and events
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care and engagement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with older adults
- Dependable, professional, and committed to enhancing resident quality of life
- Creative, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers
- Full-time hourly position
- Every other Saturday required
- Holiday rotation required

RequirementsQualified candidates will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude, and portray a positive image. Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
