Clinic Therapist (Aesthetic & Skin Health)
Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Therapist to join our team at Skinscape Clinic. This role sits at the intersection of medical aesthetics and skin therapist, supporting both clinical procedures and delivering high-quality facial treatments.

You will play a key role in ensuring each patient receives a seamless, personalised experience—from consultation support to treatment delivery and aftercare. This is a growth-oriented position designed for individuals who are passionate about skin health and committed to mastering their craft in a medical environment.

• Assist doctors during aesthetic medical procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient treatment flow

• Perform medical-grade facials and skincare treatments, including basic facial extractions

• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain clinical hygiene standards, and ensure all equipment is handled appropriately

• Conduct skin assessments and support treatment planning in alignment with doctor recommendations

• Educate patients on post-treatment care and suitable skincare routines

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring continuity of care

• Deliver a high standard of patient experience, with attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to achieve overall clinic performance and patient outcomes

• Basic competency in facial extraction techniques (essential)

• Strong interest in aesthetics, skin health, and wellness

• Good communication skills with a patient-first mindset

• Meticulous, organised, and able to work in a clinical setting with high standards

• Self-driven with a willingness to learn and continuously improve

• Prior experience in a clinic or facial setting is advantageous but not required

• Structured training in medical aesthetics and advanced skin treatments

• Exposure to doctor-led treatment planning and integrative skin health approaches
