- Companionship: Engaging in activities and conversations with our clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Work Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Reliability: Ability to maintain a reliable transportation schedule and respond to client needs in a timely manner
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and our healthcare team
