Evolve Therapy Services in Waverly, NE is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility on a part-time basis to deliver quality therapy and advance residents' communication and swallowing goals. Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans with target lists and goals, educating staff and family in speech-language strategies, and ensuring CMS-compliant documentation in Net Health EMR.
Experience with FEES/MBS is preferred.
