Receptionist Temporary Full-Time Position

Starting immediately - Salary to be agreed upon. Required degree: BAC.

Experience:

minimum 1 year.

Hours:

14h30-22h00 or 14h00-21h30. Receptionist CDD full-time (35h00/week) from May to January. In the context of a temporary team reinforcement, we are looking for a hotel receptionist to ensure the welcome and smooth running of our guests' stay. Hours including weekends and public holidays. Friendly working environment, young and dynamic team.

Main duties:

• Physical and telephone reception of clients
• Management of arrivals and departures (check-in / check-out)
• Taking reservations and managing the schedule
• Cash handling and invoicing
• Client information and follow-up of their satisfaction
• Participation in the general smooth operation of the reception

Profile sought:

• First experience in hotel reception preferred (motivated beginner accepted)
• Good sense of welcome and customer service
• Organization, autonomy, and team spirit
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Fluency in English and German is a plus

Conditions:
