Night Auditor- part time

Night Auditor Hampton Inn Ogallala

Pay: $15–$16/hour with $1 Shift differential for Night Audit Shift.
Bonus: $100 Hiring Bonus after 90 days.
Schedule: 16 hours per week. Tuesday & Wednesday Night Audit Overnight 11PM-7AM.

• Work as part of a supportive team to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Answer phones, take reservations, check guest in/out.
• Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis at 2 AM.
• Help set up breakfast at 4:30AM-5:00AM.
• Verify the status of all wake‑up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
• Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash.
• Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business.
• Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the nighttime hours.
• Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.
• Participate in all training and cross training programs.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
