Team Leader, Shophouse
to join our team!
- Support the F&B Manager in the day‑to‑day operations of Shophouse
- Lead and supervise the service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized guest service in line with Shangri‑La brand values
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, menu items, and service procedures
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards are consistently upheld
- Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching team members to enhance service performance
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and readiness for service
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly
- Conduct regular checks on outlet cleanliness, set‑up, and mise‑en‑place
- Support administrative duties, shift handovers, and special tasks as assigned
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage service experience
- Strong passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
