Shangri-La Singapore is seeking a Banquet Executive to join our team. Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events such as weddings, meetings, and parties. Oversee setup and ensure events run smoothly and on time.
Supervise banquet staff during events and coordinate with kitchen, events, and service teams to meet guest expectations. Act as the main point of contact for guests during events, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
