About the role:

Captain (In-Room Dining)

As an In-Room Dining Captain, you will bring the luxury dining experience directly to our guests' rooms, creating thoughtful and personalised moments that make every stay unforgettable. More than delivering meals, you will anticipate guest needs, provide intuitive service, and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, elegance, and attention to detail.

This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who enjoy creating meaningful guest connections, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service with precision and care.

What you will do:

You will deliver a seamless in-room dining experience by ensuring every order is prepared, presented, and served with exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with the culinary and order-taking teams, you will coordinate timely and accurate service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

From thoughtfully setting up dining experiences within guestrooms to anticipating requests before they arise, you will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel  will also maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organisation, manage billing and service procedures accurately, and respond confidently to guest requests and service recovery opportunities. Through close collaboration with Kitchen, Stewarding, and Front Office, you will help deliver a consistently elevated guest experience.

What you bring

• Minimum of 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality or F&B establishment.
• A genuine passion for delivering personalised and memorable guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide efficient, accurate, and intuitive service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to remain organised, prioritise effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across departments
