Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring an excellent first impression and exceptional guest experience.
• Facilitate guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including the provision of welcome beverages and refreshments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries through various channels, including in person, telephone, digital platforms, and email.
• Assist guests with luggage handling when required and collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate, monitor, and update guest amenities, including welcome arrangements, special requests, and personalized services.
• Gather and address guest feedback, escalating concerns and sharing insights with supervisors and management to enhance service quality.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the front desk and undertake additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth hotel operations.
