F&B Service Team Leader

The bF&B Service Team Leader supports the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth service operations at our F&B Outlets. He/She is expected to WOW the guest through the delivery of exceptional service. We are looking for Service Team Leaders to support Restaurant operations.

• Lead and supervise a team of F&B Service Ambassador, ensuring grooming and service standards are met.
• Conduct rollcalls before start of operations to brief Associates on job assignments.
• Possess good knowledge of liquor brands and categories, alcoholic beverage terms, and basic food preparation terms to engage and give recommendations to guests.
• Take and accurately record guest orders.
• Supervise and inspect table set-up and assembly of food & beverage orders to ensure adherence to service quality and hygiene standards.
• Deliver orders to guest in a timely and professional manner.
• Present bill to guests, explain charges and process payments accordingly.
• Resolve guests' complaints.
• Perform end-of-day closing and prepare reports.
• Assist Outlet Manager in carrying out his/her function to efficiently administer and organise operations.
• Comply with all relevant Workplace Safety & Health practices and maintains a safe workplace for all associates.
• Ensure that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and are kept in good working condition. Reports any loss or damage to the Hotel’s properties and facilities promptly and appropriately.
