We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, primarily focusing on payroll administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to processing payroll, calculating overtime, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime hours.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new employee orientations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll administration.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (Info-tech & KNOW).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
- Experience working in F&B or similar fast‑paced environments.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act.
