Regional HR Manager Reporting Line
This role provides comprehensive HR support to the Southeast Asia market. The incumbent will report directly to the HR Director, APAC, with a functional reporting line to the Retail Director, Southeast Asia.
Working closely with regional and local leadership, you will drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives while overseeing the full employee lifecycle across the region.
Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningPartner with Business Units to identify hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Draft compelling job advertisements and leverage appropriate recruitment channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future business growth.
Stay abreast of market trends and provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
2. Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, offer management, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
3. Employee Relations & Retail PartnershipConduct regular store visits to build strong relationships with retail teams and foster a people-centric culture.
Advise managers on employee relations matters and implement action plans to minimize turnover risks.
Support leadership with practical HR solutions to drive team performance and engagement.
4. HR Operations & ComplianceOversee HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR-related documentation, letters, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain employee records and generate HR analytics reports to support management decision-making.
5. Compensation & Benefits SupportCollaborate with the C&B team on annual salary and bonus reviews.
Support monthly commission tracking and incentive scheme proposals.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on comprehensive HR solutions.
7. Ad-hoc ProjectsUndertake additional responsibilities and HR projects as assigned.
