Location: Orchard
The Job:
- To support our APAC Talent Management team during a key transition period
- Coordinate logistics for Talent programs
- Support planning of workshops / learning sessions
- Maintain and update databases and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
- Support to prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Create simple communication material using Canva and Power Point
- Manage content on internal platforms
- Liaise with country HR teams for updates and inputs
- Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination
- Support documentation for cross-charging and invoicing
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
