Talent & Learning Coordinator; APAC HWX

• Coordinate logistics for Talent programs & Next-Gen Talent
• Support planning of workshops / learning sessions
• Maintain and update databases and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
• Support to prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Create simple communication material using Canva and Power Point
• Manage content on internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
• Liaise with country HR teams for updates and inputs
• Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination
• Support documentation for cross-charging and invoicing
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

• min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
• Possess min 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR in L&D or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with guidance
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
