• We are looking for quick thinking, innovative, motivated Recruitment Consultants with demonstrated technical agility to work with our team to help evolve, maintain, troubleshoot and support our recruitment and platform users.

• Lead full cycle recruitment processes and managing the candidate experience from end to end.
• Interview and assess potential candidates
• Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels
• Carry out business development activities & build rapport with both new & existing clients
• Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program
• Participate in company events and assist in campus outreach
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Min. Degree in any field of study.
• Strong interest in marketing and/or business development
