• Assist in talent acquisition and scouting
• Assist in recruitment services
• Handling employee concerns
• Arranging interviews and participate in interview processes
• Support in full cycle of talent sourcing activity, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Manage end-to-end talent solutions for clients
• Business development - Stay informed about market trends and share insights

• Min. Degree in any field
• Possess good communication skills, team playing attributes and people oriented
• No experience is required as training will be provided
• Keen in Healthcare/ Life Sciences industry
