HR Executive; West HFT

Responsibilities

• Managing a spectrum of HR functions and services, focusing on the following:
• Onboarding:
  Manage the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate a smooth integration to RHSO.
• Training:
  Support in training administration matters
• Performance Management:
  Facilitate the performance appraisal process including promotion cycles.
• Reporting and Manpower budgeting:
  Prepare manpower reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the manpower budget cycles by collating manpower requests from HODs.
• Offboarding:
  Manage offboarding activities and analyse trends on attrition to support Head, HR in formulating retention strategies.
• Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Management related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
