The Human Resource Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of HR function, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance management in compliance with Singapore employment laws. This role partners closely with the management to ensure smooth HR processes and positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer preparation)
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Liaise with agencies and job portals (e.g., Job Street, My Careers Future )
Payroll and Compensation
  • Support monthly payroll processing (commissions, leave records)
  • Ensure compliance with CPF submissions via CPF Board
  • Handle IR8A tax submissions in accordance with IRAS regulations
  • Administer employee benefits
Employee Relations
  • Address employee queries on HR policies and benefits
  • Support disciplinary processes and documentation
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts
HR Administration and Compliance
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records in HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Employment Act
  • Monitor leave management and attendance records
Performance Management and Training
  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles
  • Coordinate training programs and grant applications (e.g., Skills Future)
  • Track training budgets and employee development plans
Reporting and Continuing Development
  • Prepare and manage HR-related reports to aid decision making
  • Participate and contribute to continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes and practices
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare
  • Experience in info-tech would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Strong employment law knowledge and HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
  • High integrity, organized and attention to detail
