As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.

• Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct interviews to assess suitability, experience, and motivations
• Provide professional career guidance and role insights to candidates

• Understand job requirements and business needs
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Prepare candidate profiles and provide hiring recommendations
• Support offer management and onboarding processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide regular updates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive and professional recruitment experience

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal guidelines

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working towards performance targets
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Prior recruitment or sales experience is an advantage but not required
