- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have experience in labor law, are confident in working in HR systems, and have worked with payroll or other personnel administrative processes. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with a curious and solution-oriented approach. You have an easy time building good relationships and communicate clearly, while taking responsibility for your work and feeling confident in asking for support when needed.
You thrive in a varied environment where you have the opportunity to learn new things, contribute actively, and develop together with others.
At Get Skills, you will work in a values-driven and growing organization where heart and strategy go hand in hand.
