Jr Recruiter

Overview

Gibbon Packing, LLC an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Jr Recruiter at our Gibbon, NE plant.

Job Duties:

• Assist candidates with the completion of applications; ensuring they are completed per hiring policy guidelines
• Assist the Recruiter in facilitating the post-offer process of onboarding, pre-employment physicals and drug screens
• Assist the Recruiter with completion of hiring policy forms (pre-screen, applications, etc.)
• Accurately enter records into our data collection systems
• Assist employees and candidates in filling out paperwork.
• Translating as needed.
• Generate correspondence as needed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, this job requires access to confidential and sensitive information, requiring ongoing discretion, and secure information management.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Must be able to work necessary hours contingent on business needs. Some travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recruitment and/or Human Resources related experience
• Strong computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to perform job duties with minimal direction
