Business Systems Consultant

At Novacura, you will have a key role as a Business Systems Consultant, where you will become an important strategic partner to our customers. With your expertise in ERP systems and business processes, you will drive projects forward and create solutions that make a real difference.

You will work within your specialist areas – such as supply-chain, manufacturing, or finance – in a role where both your technical and business understanding will come into full play.

• Take on a leading role as a sub-project leader and ensure high-quality deliveries and satisfied customers
• Analyze needs and develop relevant ERP solutions
• Implement and further develop solutions in close collaboration with our customers
• Be a consultant and train customers in best practices
• Share your knowledge and coach colleagues in the team
• Work on process mapping and help optimize customers' operations

Competency requirements

• Post-secondary education in economics, technology, or IT
• Vigorous experience with IFS (IFS Cloud is meritorious, as well as Infor M3)
• Experience with implementation or management of ERP systems
• Understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, or supply-chain
• Good technical understanding and ability to collaborate with developers
• Fluent Swedish and English
• Opportunity to travel if needed
