As a Dynamics 365 Konsult, you will be part of a team that works closely with our clients to support their entire transformation journey – from evaluating business systems to implementation and further development. The role involves acting as a central link between business and IT, where you contribute insights on how technology can create business value and improve working methods.
Responsibilities include working on projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contributing in several parts of the delivery, such as:
- Leading workshops and facilitating dialogue around business processes
- Analyzing needs and proposing improvements
- Configuring solutions and defining requirements for customizations and integrations
- Collaborating with colleagues in change management, IT, and business development
- Contributing to the development of our offering and our working methods within Dynamics
- Participating in sales and recruitment activities
Skills and qualities for success:
- Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, experience with business processes and business understanding, experience working in projects and teams, good communication skills in Swedish and English - Merits:
Experience in finance and accounting, experience from consulting roles or system implementations, experience with integration solutions or technical configurations - As a person, you are curious and want to continuously develop your skills, solution-oriented and analytical in your work, relationship-building and thrive in collaboration with others, structured and comfortable taking responsibility
