The service department of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen Vertrieb Deutschland GmbH ensures the business success of our customers with service services, parts, and consumables in different phases of our products. A global network forms the basis for the digital strategy of HEIDELBERG.

Our Prinect products optimize the workflow of our customers. The modules for color management included ensure that the defined quality standards are met. In print color management (PCM), the complete order process is considered, including output in offset and digital printing. The flexibly deployable digital printing systems round off the possibilities for our customers.

We are looking for a team member for these areas in Germany, with a focus on the southern region.

Your tasks:

• Advise, install, configure, and train Prinect Color Management products in collaboration with our printing instructors.
• Commission and train our digital printing systems at our customers.
• Our activity area is our customers in Germany, with a focus on the southern region in the areas of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Hesse.
• Safe use of the required tools and measuring instruments in this environment.
• Customer support of color management products and digital printing systems on site and remotely in close cooperation with colleagues from service, development, and sales.
• Documentation and exchange with colleagues in the environment of printing instruction, service, and development.

Our requirements:

• Training as a media designer, printing technician, master, and/or relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge in the field of print color management, printing workflow, and IT topics as well as experience in using remote service tools and willingness to work in SAP processes.
• Quick understanding when learning new topics, team skills.
• Solution-oriented and structured working style, pronounced customer orientation, friendly appearance, and good communication skills.
• Independent and goal-oriented work, ability to handle pressure and flexibility.
• Motivation for further training.
• Languages:
  
  German, good knowledge of English.
