Working Student (F/M/D) At SAP

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong.

What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build:

  • You prepare audience-specific information materials for service delivery — from presentations and onboarding documents to digital supporting materials — and help ensure the delivery team is well-prepared and informed as they begin their activation journey.
  • You support the structured documentation of delivered service engagements, maintain relevant data records, and ensure that results and insights from customer sessions are captured in a traceable and reusable way.
  • You actively contribute to the evolution of customer onboarding procedures, identify optimization potential along the customer journey, and bring your own ideas to continuously improve the activation experience.
  • You track the service pipeline and delivery process, maintain the relevant tools and status overviews, and ensure that pipeline information is always up to date and transparently available to the team.
  • You actively help build the team's knowledge management by consolidating experiences, frequently asked questions, and proven approaches into structured FAQ documents and playbooks.
  • You support the analysis of service deliveries, evaluate relevant metrics, and actively contribute to the staffing process — from capacity planning to preparing deployment overviews for the delivery team.
  • You build and maintain regular reporting on the delivery process — consolidating data across the pipeline, tracking completion rates and key milestones, and preparing clear status updates for team leads and stakeholders.

    What you bring:

    • You are enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in a field like Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering, Business Information Systems, Information Management, or a comparable program — at least in your 3rd semester of a Bachelor's or enrolled in a Master's program.
    • You have solid working knowledge of MS 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and bring basic to intermediate Python, JavaScript skills or other programming languages — ideally applied to data handling, reporting automation, or analysis tasks.
    • You have a genuine interest in AI-driven products and digital services, and you are comfortable working with and around technology — you enjoy understanding how things work and can translate technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate language.
    • You have ideally first experience with tracking and reporting tools, CRM or pipeline management systems, or content and knowledge management platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint.
    • You have very good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English and can produce structured, professional documentation and status updates with confidence.
    • You work in a structured and independent manner, keep a clear overview when managing multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. You are a genuine team player with a positive and collaborative attitude, bring strong initiative and a hands-on mindset, and take ownership of your topics.
    • You are reliable, curious about AI and emerging technologies, and have a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to quality and follow-through.
    • You are available to support our team with up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with the option to increase your hours during semester breaks.
    • Working from the office in Walldorf or St. Leon-Rot is required on 2-3 days per week.

    Where you belong:

    • You will become part of an international, cross-functional (product) team in the Cross-Solution Delivery area within the Customer Value Group (CVG) Board Area. This team consolidates SAP's go-to-market and deployment capabilities to help customers effectively drive their transformation, fully leverage the potential of AI, and realize sustainable value in the cloud.
    • Furthermore, you will participate in the SAP Next Gen Program for students and young professionals, benefiting from a global network, learning opportunities, and exchange formats focused on career development, technology, and innovation.
    • As a working student (f/m/d), you will not only gain exciting practical insights into day-to-day operations but also have the opportunity for targeted personal and professional development, enhancing your profile within the SAP environment.
