What you'll build:
- Create reports:
Maintain quality reports to keep an overview of the efforts, issues, and blockers of over 20 teams. This will help management to get an overview of the quality of our product and adjust priorities accordingly. - Identify issues and address them to the teams:
Using our monitoring tools, you will identify issues which are highlighted. These issues will be addressed to the team responsible for them fixing the issues.

- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study:
Computer science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields - Computer skills / Programming languages:
No programming language is required. JavaScript is a plus. - Language skills:
Fluent in English and German language – verbally and in writing - Soft skills:
Proactive thinking, good sense of responsibility and flexibility, strong communication & networking skills, strong analytical and logical skills
Where you belong:
SAP for Me the customer portal for SAP. The SRE Team is supporting over 20 Teams to continuously improve the customer experience with a focus on reliability, performance operations. The team works from Walldorf, Switzerland, and Romania.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
